Social Justice and the Call for Unity

Social Justice took center stage in Chhapra as Qaide Urdu Shamim Ahmed made a compelling appeal in favor of the Mahagathbandhan (Grand Alliance). Addressing a large gathering, he urged Muslims to avoid temporary emotional appeals or leader-centric propaganda and instead vote for those committed to implementing the Sachar Committee’s recommendations and uplifting backward and Pasmanda Muslims.
Ahmed emphasized that this election goes beyond politics — it’s about securing dignity, equality, and the next generation’s future through Social Justice.
Mahagathbandhan’s Manifesto: A Commitment to Every Section
Reaffirming his trust in the Mahagathbandhan, Shamim Ahmed said the alliance’s manifesto represents every section of society, especially minorities, with concrete promises for inclusion and development. He underlined Tejashwi Yadav’s assurance to implement the Sachar Committee’s proposals and introduce dedicated schemes for Pasmanda Muslims.
“This is why,” he said, “voters must strengthen the secular and socialist alternative — because that’s where true Social Justice begins.”
Warning Against Division and Distraction
Ahmed warned against divisive politics, naming Barrister Asaduddin Owaisi and Prashant Kishor as figures attempting to mislead the community. He said such efforts would only fragment the secular vote and harm Muslim representation.
“If they truly cared about Muslim empowerment,” Shamim Ahmed stated, “they would have joined hands to reinforce secular unity instead of breaking it apart.”
Confidence in Mahagathbandhan’s Victory
During the rally, Shamim Ahmed expressed confidence that the Mahagathbandhan would secure nine out of ten seats in the region. He described Tejashwi Yadav as the natural successor to Bihar’s long struggle for Social Justice, continuing the legacy of equality and fair governance.
Urdu, Culture, and Identity
Renowned for his activism in promoting Urdu and human rights, Shamim Ahmed also discussed cultural preservation. He assured that if the Mahagathbandhan forms the government, initiatives will be launched to promote Urdu language, support Urdu newspapers, and improve the cultural standing of the language across Bihar.
Vote for the Future, Not for Illusion
His message was straightforward — Muslims must support the Mahagathbandhan to secure their identity, language, and future.
“Any wrong decision now,” he cautioned, “could cost us dearly in the future. Vote wisely and consciously.”
A New Dawn for Bihar
Closing his address, Shamim Ahmed declared, “On the 14th, a new sun will rise over Bihar — in the form of Tejashwi Yadav — bringing fresh hope, equality, and justice.”
He added that the Mahagathbandhan’s manifesto is rooted in Social Justice, focusing on education, healthcare, employment, irrigation, and good governance — the foundation of a better Bihar.
