Vote: A Right and a Weapon for Change
Vote — this single word carries the power to transform Bihar’s destiny. Qaed-e-Urdu Shamim Ahmed has issued a passionate appeal to the people ahead of the Bihar Assembly Elections 2025: “Vote to change the fate of Bihar.”
In his address, Ahmed reminded citizens that their vote is not just a right but a weapon—the most powerful way to strengthen democracy and shape a new Bihar.

Six Months, 100+ Public Meetings: A Tireless Campaign
Over the last six months, Shamim Ahmed has traveled tirelessly across Bihar, addressing more than a hundred public meetings.
In each one, his message has been simple yet powerful: “If the poor, the workers, the farmers, and the marginalized rise and vote, Bihar’s story will change.”
He emphasized that the vote is not about a party or a politician—it’s about the people’s collective will to fight poverty, unemployment, and injustice.
Padayatra in Chapra: Support for RJD Candidate Bhai Surendra Ram

During his extensive campaign, Qaed-e-Urdu Shamim Ahmed led a massive padayatra in Garhka, Chapra district, to rally support for RJD candidate Bhai Surendra Ram.
He walked through local streets and markets, directly engaging with voters and urging them to vote in large numbers for Ram.
“RJD’s candidate is not just representing a political party, but the cause of social justice, equality, and inclusive development,” Ahmed said, encouraging people to rise above religion and caste divisions.
A Call to Youth and Women
Ahmed also made a strong appeal to Bihar’s youth and women, urging them to step out and cast their vote.
“Change doesn’t happen through complaints—it begins when you raise your voice through your vote,” he said.
He warned voters against those who divide communities for political gain and asked them to support leaders who stand for education, employment, and fairness.
One Vote, One Change
Wrapping up his appeal, Qaed-e-Urdu Shamim Ahmed urged every voter to remember this on November 6: “One vote, one change — Bihar’s future is in your hands.”
He described the election as democracy’s greatest festival and reminded everyone that not voting means giving up their voice and power.
